Accessing your medication
After your healthcare provider prescribes Rayaldee, they can help you sign up with OPKO Connect or a specialty pharmacy. OPKO Connect is a program from the makers of Rayaldee. It offers support to people who have been prescribed Rayaldee.

If you have commercial insurance coverage for Rayaldee, then your out-of-pocket cost will be $0.*

Medicare Part D enrollees will pay $0 for their covered prescription drugs for the rest of the calendar year after reaching their $2,000 out-of-pocket cap.*

Eligible Low-Income Subsidy (LIS)* patient out-of-pocket cost is typically $0 to $12.15 per month** (not subject to the $2,000 out-of-pocket cap).

If you have healthcare coverage through TRICARE, your copay depends on where you pick up your prescription.
- If you get Rayaldee at a retail pharmacy, your copay will be no more than $76 for a 30-day supply
- If you get Rayaldee sent to you by mail, your copay will be no more than $76 for a 90-day supply

For patients without pharmacy insurance coverage, OPKO Connect has a Patient Assistance Program that offers free medication. Eligibility criteria apply and annual re-enrollment is required.

Patient Assistance Program
If you do not have insurance coverage for Rayaldee, you may qualify for the Patient Assistance Program (PAP), offered only by OPKO Connect. This program offers free medication for patients who meet eligibility criteria. Annual re-enrollment is required.
